Notification Settings

Server endpoint for Apprise notifications when new media is found. See Apprise docs for more information

Include up to 10 video titles, newest first. Notifications with titles are limited to 1,024 characters.

Public Pinchflat-ngx URL used to build clickable links in notifications. Include the scheme, for example https://pinchflat.example.com

Extractor Settings

API key for YouTube Data API v3. Greatly improves the accuracy of Fast Indexing. See here for details on generating an API key

Sleep interval in seconds between each extractor request. Must be a positive whole number. Set to 0 to disable

Sets the max bytes-per-second throughput when downloading media. Examples: '50K' or '4.2M'. Leave blank to disable

How many videos can download at once. Each 1080p job opens two network streams, so start at 1–2 if you see timeouts or 'Network is unreachable'. Takes effect immediately.

How many sources can be indexed at once. Lower this if YouTube starts rate-limiting. Takes effect immediately.

How many thumbnail/NFO/subtitle metadata jobs can run at once. Takes effect immediately.

Restrict filenames to only ASCII characters and avoid ampersands/spaces in filenames

Mark members-only, private, and removed videos as skipped instead of repeatedly erroring. They stay in the database but won't be retried

Clock used when displaying timestamps in the UI

Automatically compact the database once a month to reclaim disk space. Job queues are paused while running jobs finish, then processing resumes. You can always compact manually from the Diagnostics page

PostgreSQL Backups

PostgreSQL backups are unavailable in the SQLite image. Use the PostgreSQL image to create database dumps.

Channel Discovery

Find channel suggestions from your locally stored metadata and subscribed channels.

Opt in to scheduled channel discovery scans. This is disabled by default and only runs after you enable it.

Scan locally stored descriptions and metadata for channel references. Only applies when Channel Discovery is enabled.

yt-dlp

Controls how the bundled yt-dlp is kept up to date. Use "Nightly until stable" to temporarily ride nightly when YouTube breaks something, then auto-return to stable once the fix ships

Options passed to every download, one per line. Use this for things like --force-ipv4 or extra retries without restarting the container. Source and media-item config files still override this file. See the yt-dlp options list for every flag you can put here.

Codec Options

The best available codec will be used if your preferred codecs are not found

Video codec preference. Will be remuxed into an MP4 container. See below for more details

Audio codec preference. See below for more details

Storage & Space Protection

Prevent downloads from filling the disk. When enabled, downloads pause if free space falls below this threshold. Blocked jobs snooze without failing.

Check free disk space before each download starts. Disabled by default

Minimum available disk space in bytes (e.g. 10737418240 for 10 GiB). Recovery requires this threshold plus 1 GiB

Media Server Integrations

Automatically trigger library scans on local Plex, Jellyfin, or Emby servers when downloads finish.

Plex Media Server

Trigger a section scan on Plex after each completed media download

Base URL of your Plex Media Server (e.g. http://192.168.1.100:32400)

Your Plex authentication token. Stored in the application database and masked in this form.

Target section ID to refresh (e.g. '1', '2'), or 'all' to refresh all library sections

Jellyfin

Trigger a full library refresh on Jellyfin after each completed media download (Jellyfin /Library/Refresh initiates a full library scan)

Base URL of your Jellyfin server (e.g. http://192.168.1.100:8096)

API Key generated in Jellyfin Dashboard -> Advanced -> Keys.

Emby

Trigger a library refresh on Emby after each completed media download

Important Scan Scope Advisory:

Emby's documented API (POST /Library/Refresh) triggers a full-library scan across all configured libraries and requires administrator privileges. It is not an exact-file or single-folder refresh. To prevent unintentional system load, automatic post-download refresh requires your explicit confirmation below.

I understand that Emby will perform a server-wide library scan when downloads finish.

Cookies

Upload a Netscape-format cookies.txt to let yt-dlp access age-restricted, members-only, or bot-gated content. See the wiki for how to export one

Note: To verify YouTube authentication truthfully, configure a canary video that requires account access (e.g. members-only, private, or age-restricted). Public videos can be extracted without login and will always be reported as unverified.

Create New Share Token

Tokens are bound to the selected media profile. Expiry is optional. They cannot override download formats, paths, or settings. Rate limited to 10 requests per minute.
